One honest caveat about the sign. The Moon crosses a sign boundary roughly every two and a half days and moves about half a degree an hour, so within a few minutes either side of a boundary the answer here and the answer from a full ephemeris can differ. If your question turns on that, use an ephemeris that reports seconds.

The tidal effect of the Moon on a human body is vanishingly small, and the large studies looking for lunar effects on hospital admissions, births and crime have not found one that survives scrutiny. What is better supported is that a bright full moon disrupts sleep, which is a mundane explanation for a good deal of the folklore.
