One person reads everything sent from this page — the same person who writes the entries and fixes the tools. That is the good news and the bad news: the answer will come from somebody who knows why a page says what it says, and it will not arrive in five minutes.
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If an entry states something its sources do not support, quote the line and it gets checked against them.
Every claim on this site names where it came from. The citations inside a reading open the entry it was drawn from, where the traditional meaning, the person who wrote it down and the common misreading are set out separately. That usually shows why a reading said what it said.
If the entry itself is wrong, that is worth a message. Quote the line.
Your saved readings are listed in your dashboard and each one can be deleted on its own. The account itself — the balance, the order history and every saved reading — is erased from the same place. Neither needs a message first.
Every purchase writes a proper invoice, and its link sits beside the order under Billing along with the date, the amount and the readings it added. That is the document to keep.
Your name, your email address, the topic and the message are stored as a single entry in this site's admin, where they are read and answered. Nothing else is attached to them, and they are not added to any mailing list — Orivana sends none.
Say so in the message if you want the whole entry deleted once the matter is closed, and it will be.
